The Praising “Why”

There will come a day when every tear will be wiped away and every question will be answered. In Revelation 4:11, the saints cry, “Thou art worthy, O Lord…” This is the praising “Why”—not “Why is this happening?” but “Why am I so blessed to be Yours?”

Paul and Silas sang at midnight in prison (Acts 16:25). They had every earthly reason to ask “Why me?” but chose instead to praise. That’s the ultimate transformation of the mysterious word—when the question turns to worship.

In eternity, the “Why?” will vanish in the light of “Worthy!” Until then, trust the One who holds the answer and your hand.
